Shipping and collection policy

Collection

The business is primarily a collection business - this means customers collect their order from one of our collection points.

If a customers fails to collect at the allotted pre arranged time, we will arrange another mutually convenient time for this collection.  We reserve the right to freeze the order if fresh.  We reserve the right to decide when this new collection time will be and where.

We cannot accept callers to any collection points with out an arranged appointment beforehand.

If no collection is made within one month we reserve the right to cancel the order with no refund.

Shipping
